YES! We love to travel and service clients worldwide! However, due to the global pandemic some International travel and booking destinations may not be available at this time.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SPOT?

There’s no time like the present! We operate on a first come first serve system. We can not reserve your date and time until we receive your deposit/retainer fee. To help ensure your preferred date, time, and team gets reserved please book as soon as possible. You can never plan too far ahead!

HOW CAN I PAY?

When you book your services, we will send an invoice containing various payment options. We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, money orders, cashier's checks, Paypal and CashApp. We also offer payment plans via PayPal at 6 months interest free. We DO NOT accept ANY personal checks.

Deposit / Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all services via online payment, which is applied to the total cost of your session. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of your session. A cancellation, rescheduling of your session, etc. forfeits the deposit*. All deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Don’t worry… Life happens! We understand that occasionally things come up and may require the need for rescheduling. Your deposit is transferable due to rescheduling as long as you provide us with 2 week's notice. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the originally scheduled date. After 30 days your session will be considered Cancelled. Anything rescheduled without 2 weeks prior notice will require a new deposit. (Special circumstances like emergencies, natural disasters, film mandates, ect., are out of your control and we will work with you for rescheduling your services)

Late Arrival / No Shows

We recommend that you allow adequate time so that you arrive on time. Your shoot time is just that, your time. Being late deducts from your session. If you have a 90-minute session at 10:00am but show up at 10:45, you have 45 minutes of time remaining. It’s simple as that. It will be considered a cancellation if you fail to show during your shoot time and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Reschedule / Refund Policy

We will offer a reschedule or refund if we have a technical problem. However, simply stating that you don't like your finished product does not constitute a reschedule or refund. We are very consistent with our customer service and results so please take a look at our portfolio.

Rush Orders and Last Minute Bookings

We will try to work with everyone’s schedule, but just like the post office etc., if you want to be able to skip the line and get your project done ASAP or last minute, fees can be applied and calculated based on the order and client needs. Please try to book your session at least 2 weeks out. Anything booked within a week can be subject to last min booking or rush fees (Fees definitely applied within a 3 day period of shoot date needed). A rush order with turnover of a product or service will be based upon the order and calculated accordingly by the photographer as we do not take pictures or edit.

PLEASE NOTE:

Rates are subject to change and do not include travel expenses for shoots outside of studio or set locations. Taxes, fees etc are calculated on your itemized invoice. A 50% deposit/retainer fee is required upon booking to reserve your date and time.
